Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 23 October 2026 · Contact: zerqanta.business@gmail.com
1. Read before making payment
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service purchased, when the request is received, supplier rules, the written quotation or confirmation and applicable consumer law. There is no single cancellation charge or refund amount that applies to every travel product. Review the specific conditions shared before payment.
2. How to request cancellation or changes
Email zerqanta.business@gmail.com with the traveller name, booking or enquiry reference, service, departure or appointment date, and requested change. A request is not completed until the relevant supplier or ZERQANTA confirms it in writing. Time-sensitive bookings may require direct contact with the supplier as well.
3. Flights, hotels, rail and travel packages
Airline, hotel, rail and package cancellations or amendments may incur supplier charges, fare differences, no-show penalties or non-refundable amounts. Eligibility and deadlines are determined by the confirmed fare or booking conditions and applicable law. Where ZERQANTA assists, any separately disclosed service charge is treated as described in the written confirmation.
4. Visa assistance and government fees
Government, embassy, visa-centre, courier and third-party processing fees may be non-refundable after payment or submission, subject to the provider’s rules and applicable law. A visa refusal does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund of fees for work already performed or charges already paid to authorities. Any refundable unused amounts will be assessed case by case.
5. Insurance and other products
Insurance cancellation or cooling-off rights depend on the policy wording, insurer rules and applicable law. International driving permit and other third-party services may have separate conditions, which should be confirmed before purchase.
6. ZERQANTA service fees
Our service fees, if any, should be disclosed before payment together with what they cover and when they are earned. Refunds of our own fees depend on the agreed scope, work performed and applicable law. [Before publication: insert your actual service-fee refund rule, including any cut-off points and exceptions.]
7. Refund calculation and timing
If a refund is approved, the amount may be reduced by lawful supplier deductions and any applicable, previously disclosed charges. We will communicate the calculation and available status. Refund processing depends on the supplier, payment channel and bank. [Before publication: state your actual review timeframe, refund processing timeframe and original-payment-method practice.]
8. Incorrect charges, complaints and statutory rights
If you believe a charge is incorrect or a service was not supplied as agreed, contact us promptly with supporting records. We will review the issue and coordinate with relevant providers where appropriate. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
